Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Faky mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Remove any proprietary notices
Use the App for any illegal purposes

2. Faky Premium Subscription

Subscription Details

Title: Faky Premium

Type: Auto-renewable subscription

Duration: 1 Week (7 days)

Price: $7.99 per week (approximately $1.14 per day)

Features:

Unlimited word categories
Custom word lists
Ad-free experience
Advanced statistics

2.1 Payment and Renewal

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be the same as the initial subscription price unless we notify you otherwise.

2.2 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase:

Open the iOS Settings app
Tap on your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Select "Faky Premium"
Choose "Cancel Subscription" if you wish to stop renewal

            Important: Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges, but you 
            will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
        

2.3 Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.

2.4 No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Apple Support or our support team.

3. App Content

All content in the App, including words, graphics, logos, and game mechanics, is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the content.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
Upload or share inappropriate content (if custom words feature is used)
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with other users' experience

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Faky and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including RevenueCat for subscription management and Apple's App Store for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAKY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
